Our Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Ophelia D. Green, DBA (aka Dr. O) is a leadership expert, confidence coach, and passionate advocate for women and girls. With over 30 years in sales, training, and personal development, she founded The Female Persuasion to give young women the tools, mentorship, and support she once needed herself.

Along with being certified life & business coach, personal stylist and image consultant Dr. Green is also the creator of programs like eMERGE™,Confidently You™ and ICONIC™. Her mission is clear: to help girls with clarity, confidence, and conviction and become leaders in life, not just in title.
